Description

Originally formulated with popcorn in mind, Hot Dust is a pulverized (nearly-powdered) blend of dehydrated hot sauce mash and salt. This blend is fine enough to stick to just about ANYTHING so it’s great for those foods which don’t have enough moisture or texture for larger salt crystals to adhere properly.

There’s no single set-flavor for Hot Dust. The current batch is made from a blend of a few experimental sauce mashes. I would estimate a 200k SHU heat value.
