Terms and Conditions, Refunds and Returns
- Live Plants are shipped bare-root through priority mail within the 2-week-window selected at checkout. All other orders are shipped first-class mail within 72 hours hours of your purchase.
- Live-Plant sales may be replaced if the item was received damaged, incorrect or in poor condition (please provide pictures)
- Unopened grow-kits may be returned for a refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges on seed purchases
- Process for return: please complete the contact form above with information about your request and one of our representatives will follow-up with you shortly.
- If a refund is required it will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
